Thompson Square Remains Optimistic After Losing House In Flood

Keifer Thompson said they plan to rebuild.

Keifer and Shawna Thompson, better known as Plaza Thompson, have lost much of their business when his Los Angeles home was destroyed by a water leak that flooded his home while on the road. Although they have chosen to remain optimistic about the reverse, they admit that it was a struggle.

"It's still terrible," Nash said Keifer Country Weekly. "I have not received a check, so the house is sitting there. It is a bit of a nightmare, but as soon as the check, I can get a contractor and rebuilt everything can come, and hopefully enjoy the life in the south of Los Angeles "

However, the singer says she has another home in Tennessee made the experience more bearable.”We have a place in Nashville, so we'll stay," adds Keifer. "We happen to have a dual residency. We are not stuck. We have a house there. Otherwise, we would be homeless or living on the bus. It is not a situation of life in danger. "

Certainly they have a lot to keep them busy in the meantime, including spending part of the summer on the road while putting the finishing touches on his next album.

"I think we have enough, we could reduce the album right now," revealed Keifer. "But we did not, so let's take our time and keep writing. We write to you with a few different people, with people, and I hope a collaboration or two, so let's have fun with it. Try hit songs we already have, and just make the best record we've had. "
